I received a roll of Vara KT Kinesiology Tape in exchange for my unbiased honest opinion. This also came with a free ebook that was emailed to me once product shipped. Though I had not heard of this i thought it could not hurt to give it a try with my everyday aches and pains and new aches popping up every other day. I got the beige though is a bit confusing to have it come in a package showing bright pink Kinesiology Tape but anyhow i was a bit surprised when I opened the box and saw the beige skin toned tape instead but thought about how much it is going to blend in and so I can wear it more comfortably without having to answer questions. I do find this tape to easily come off and not really help me with my aches and pains however everyone has different experiences and mine will not always be others experience. However it is sticky but for some reason does not stay as I assumed it should and its quite possible that I am doing something wrong and user error is at fault for my inability to experience relief from using this product.
