I have only taken these thermogenics a couple times however let me stress to you how important it is to go by the recommendations on the bottle of starting with only 1 pill. these are preworkout pills and add an added boost to your energy upon taking them given you a more steady stronger lasting workout without the crash. I cannot verify the metabolism boost or weight loss yet.
