I have had coconut oil previously but never had coconut manna. I lie using the coconut oil however after try the coconut manna I now have a new product I like that I will be using more than the coconut oil. I really like its taste. It was a bit of a process combining its hardened oil on top inch of jar however once warmed it mixed in fairly well. I like its creamy flavor and it tastes alot like a sweetened butter without all the extra garbage that's unhealthy for me.
