It is helpful for many things and can be used in different ways to help different things. It will help you relax by being diffused into the air through an air diffuser or even when it is mixed with a carrier oil and massaged into your skin. it helps relieve headaches and as a relaxing aid when adding a few drops into a warm bath. The smell is amazingly well scented and very much lingering. Not alot needed to go a long way. This essential oil can be used to help with sleep, anxiety, headache relief, and many other ailments.Quite an great product and well worth the price.
